Winter Solstice – Snow And Ice

First came the snow …

Then the sun came out and the snow turned to  …

Slushies!

Slushies!

Then the ice rain …

Now, the days grow longer, and although our troubled world continues to struggle on under the weight of almost insurmountable challenges, this window of time, between the end of the old year and the beginning of the new one, always seems to be full of … possibilities.

May you find your possibilities. May you find your Path, and may there be beloved others who will choose to walk with you on it.

Blessed Be.

IT’S CHRISTMAS! May all of your daughters have three buttocks. Happy Christmas and a Merry New Year to one and all. God bless us every one. Please Sir, I want some more.

The Three-Buttocked Daughters sounds suspiciously like either an all-girl punk-rock band, or a rocky outcrop at the head of some obscure valley in the Carpathian Mountains.
Merry Christmas, Sir Ian. May you and the Cardinal pootle long and prosper. 🙂

  3. My wife and I took a trip to the coast on the solstice, when the window to possibility is wider than normal. On the way we compiled a wish list for the world in 2022. And read it out to the sea and sky, thanking the universe in advance for letting it all happen. Then burned the paper and walked away. Here’s hoping you have an inspiring year!

SO beautiful! I love how you captured it all, despite not know what weather was coming in next. Well done! And so lucky to have fresh snow for the winter solstice, even if it was soon ice.
