Amazon has cracked down on scammers (and authors/publishers) putting their Table of Contents at the back of their books.

  1. The block of chapters looks like the best solution to me. To put the TOC before the title page, even in an e-book, reeks of amateurism to me.

      I’ve tucked this info away for future reference. 😀

      I’m not up with what the current conventions are with ebooks, but they’re always changing anyway.
